Have the flu.?!
Question: i got the flu yesterday morning, woke up with cough and dizziness. i took medicing ( medicine doctor gave to me).
I also took thera flu. My mom put a wet towel on my forehead.
I am still dizzy and very weak. Is this normal? also when i breathe in, my throat gets a wierd weezing feeling. I have a headache. and my skin is hot. i tried laying down but i kept moving around because i was not comfortable. and when i got up, i started feeling weak again. are all these symptoms normal? How can i cure the dizziness? also sometimes i feel like vomitting. im drinking lots of fluids such as water and orange juice. How can i cure the weakness and dizziness? I dont want to lay down anymore because i was laying down all day. and im having trouble walking up and down the stairs. Oh one more thing, on the medicine bottle it says it may cause dizziness. could that be the cause? should i take it again? cus im supposed to take 2 times a day. but i dont wanna be even more dizzy. please help, thank you!

Those are all normal symptoms of the flu. You'll be weak and stuff for a couple of days. Just get A LOT of rest and drink plenty of fluids, keep a cool towel on your head if you have a fever.
If you medication bottle says it may cause dizziness then it's quite possible that it's the cause of the dizziness you are experiencing. You can continue to take it, but if you have any doubts call your doctor and see if he/she can recommend or prescribe you something else.
Other than that just get lots and lots of rest and you should be better in a few days.

It sounds like just the flu. But if it stays for more than a week, you should go back to the doctor espeshily if your neck still hurts.
