Should people with colds etc. be prohibited from public contact where they work.!

Question: I had breakfast at a well known national chain the other day. After I was half-way through my pancakes I saw the waitress sneeze all over somebody else's order then complain to another girl working there that she hoped everybody appreciated that shed gotten out of a sick-bed to cover her shift.

Should people who are sick be prohibited from public contact. How many $millions are lost every year because people have to take sick days that could have been prevented by a little courtesy?

Dude I hope you didn't finish your meal when you saw the waitress sneeze like that. But yeah, people who has to handle and serve food should not work if they have a cold. Otherwise in other public areas, the worker should at least wear gloves and mask. ewww.

Most companies get real strict when it comes to someone needing sick time.

Employers who force sick people into contact with the public should be confined in small boxes.
