Why do I get a head ache when I cry?!

Question: Even if it's a light cry...say a sad movie and I shed only a couple of tears. I get a really bad head ache that lasts for about 5-10 minutes. Why does this happen?

Everytime i have a medium to heavy cry i get a bad headache too.. especially behind the eyes
