Antibiotics cannot help a virus, but go to doc to confirm thats what it is. See doc again if you are having continuous vomiting/diarrhea. Don't get dehydrated, drink lots of fluids, if you can. Black tea without sugar or milk can be helpful. Once you can tolerate some food docs will usually advise advancing food slowly with BRAT diet (banana, rice, applesauce, tea or toast). Check with your doc on all advice you find on the internet.

aside from going to the doctor? drink plenty of fluids (water sprite or 7 up), eat chicken soup, nothing too solid like meat that will make it hurt.



Rest is the only other thing aside from doctor/medication

Its a virus, so you have to let it run its course. Make yourself comfy as possible with flat Sprite and crackers and a warm blanket.

just drink lots of fluids, and eat only clear fluids like chicken broth etc...keep yourself very hydrated

actually cant do anything, stomach virus has to take its own course.you can drink warm ginger-ale , liquid deit ..it usually takes 24 too 72 hours,,Hope you feel better.

The best thing to do is see your doctor for any medical problems but drink ginger ale works, or belive it or not what my family always did is half 7up and half orange juice. It sounds gross and it is but it always worked on me.
Tea with honey is another option too.
Just get pleanty of fluids and rest.

Let it all out!
Drink a lot of room temperature water.
There really isn't a lot to do.
The best thing is to rest and sit with a bucket.
Vomitting is great (not really) because it gets the sickness out of your body.

and eat crackers. than when you feel better
eat chicken broth or soup.careful not to
get dehydrated try some gator ade or ice chips.

Drink lots of fluids and sleep it out, or go see a doctor if its that bad.

Crush up some ice and then pour ginger ale on it, that's what my Mom always did for me and it worked. But I think that's just because Mom's are magic. Call your Mom!
