What are Tier 1, 2 and 3 prescriptions?!

Question: What are they?? Are they differnet categories of drugs?
My health office sells Tier 1 drugs for $10, Tier 2 for $25, etc. What does this mean? Can I get a list of these drugs so I know what I'm paying???
Thanks a bunch!

Usually stands for generic, formulary and non-formulary. You should be able to get a list from your health office.

They are just different amounts you pay for each. That's all. Your health office will have a list.
