Will I have more energy if I stop consuming caffeine?!
Question: I stopped drinking soda/caffeine a for about a full year a few years ago and almost felt as if I had more energy during that time. I now drink 2-4 sodas per day and feel like it helps me but I also feel drowsy when I don't have it. If I stopped consuming it completely, will my body adjust enough to make more adenosine (believe thats the correct word) and keep me less drowsy thoughout the day?

You must realize that caffeine is a drug. You only get energy when you have it regularly and without it you crash and burn. To answer you're question yes you will have more energy because you're body won't rely soley on caffeine as a source for energy.
yes. if you stop you body will over time adjust and you will feel much better and not so weighed down.
