Why does my knee crack alot?!

Question: I am in my late 50's and lately ( in the past month and a half) my right knee cracks alot. Many times when i am sitting and sleeping during the night.

Mostly these cracks are innocent. But you may have been trying to make your knees cracking. Also lack of calcium in the diet should be considered. Regular exercise, healthy diet and using some ointments like Capsaicin will do you good.
