Question: My friend called me yesterday and said that her and her boyfriend were grinding with their clothes off really really hard. She said her boyfriend called her last night and said he had two bumps or something that looked like knots. Can it be from build up of sweat, germs, or grinding too hard?

i always wear safety glasses when i use my grinder so the sparks don't get in my eyes. i have never grinded w/out clothes, but i suppose the hot particles could burn your skin as well. Tell them to be more careful when using power tools.
Skin to skin grinding can get someone an STD. It could be all of those, they should most likely go to a doctor and get it checked out before anything else.
