Question: some nights I would go to bed then the next mourning when i go to wake up, my body is shaking and I feel really hot. I would reach my arm out and my fingers are unsteady. Sometimes when I stand up my heartrate feels as if it increases and my body feels even more heated.

Do you have any cardiovascular problems? I am a nurse, but I don't specialize in adults! I would probably get a check up and just mention it my doc. Do you eat before you go to bed? the shaking could be from low blood sugar.

Legal xD

you should go to a doctor or hospital...

It happens to me alot during winter especially when I'm inactive. It feels like I'm partially sick.

nightmares?

fasting hypoglycemia?

Anxiety, I have the same symtoms and i was diagnosed with it 10 years ago, althought i could be wrong it could be something more serious than anxiety.

Research : parkinsons disease
see if you have the same beginning stages of this disease but by all means dont take my word for it consult your doctor ASAP. wish you well and good luck

Go see a doctor. Could be heart palpitations or you might be suffering from night terrors (this is not nightmares), it is a condition where you cannot wake up properly and you get in a very agitated state, not everybody remembers them. You may also have an insulin/blood sugar or thyroid in-balance. You may have sleep apnoea (and no, you don't have to be a snorer to get this).

What ever it is, it is not normal and you should get it checked out, so go and see a doctor.
