Eat a lite diet, things like soup or plain rice and toast for a few days. If you don't feel better, go to the doctor. Pepto is good for upset stomach. You can also take baking soda and water but you will have to do an Internet search for the proper measurements as I prefer pepto.

If your hot cocoa was made with milk, it could be the milk that upset your stomach. Some people are born with a lactose intolerance and sometimes they develop one later on. Stay away from dairy products for a while too. Just in case that is the problem.

In the meanwhile, keep a food diary. When you eat or drink something, write down what you eat or drink and the time. Then when you feel any distress, write down the time and how you feel. You might see a pattern developing. This will come in handy when/if you do see a doctor as they are not magicians. They have to run tests and sometimes still can not find things because they often are not told everything by patients, such as exactly what they are eating, medications or supplement they take, other products they use, etc. You have to do your part too. Thing of the doctor as the ailment detective and you are the junior ailment detective. He does the major stuff but you have to help.

you should go to treatment

that always happens to me when i drink coffee and hot chocolate..something about that stuff makes my tummy ache too

the milk you made the cocoa with might have been spoiled. or you may just have a stomach virus. i think the general rule of thumb is, if your stomach ache lasts for more than four or five days, make an appointment with your doctor.
