Well what I normally do when I have a sore throat is take some Wal-Phed from Walgreens. It's an Off Brand of Sudafed Severe Cold Formula Caplets. It's for colds and it helps with Sore Throats. I Love them! Good Luck!
gargle salt water or diluted peroxide (like a cap of peroxide in a cup of water) to help kill the germs. they sell sprays and cough drops that help numb the pain also.
u shud garl with salt and hot water...not so hot but as much as u can take...and more u do that better u will b
