Weight loss?!


Question: i want to loose alot of weight but i want to do it in a short amount of time (yeah i know that sound imposible) i weigh 299
and i want to weigh 199 by february but i also want to loose about 15 pounds in 7 days..... my sister has been loosing weight by sleeping all day and not eating almost anything but i started to do that and it's not working


what the heck can i do thats safe and effective???

lok not eating does not make u lose weight actually it helps u store fatty cells ...................... try cutting out sodas, potatoes, fried foods, breads, and try and eat raw veggies to keep ur vitamins in tact shld help

I could give you a detailed explaination but I'm going to keep it simple;

1. Get on a bike,start running or power walk (with any of these excercises the idea is to sweat, sweat and sweat)
2. Cut out all the food that you know is bad for you (and I know you know that :-)
3. Start drinking more water (very important)

It is really as simple as that, the more you sweat the more you'll drop those pounds!!
