Does this sound like the flu?!
Question: For the last couple of days, I have had a progressing headache and slight congestion and a runny nose. Today my headache got worse and I have started having really bad pains and cramps in my lower body, as well as some nausea. Does this sound like the flu? Or just a cold? Thanks!

No, this just sounds like general congestion. If there is too much mucus in the stomach, it is working a lot harder to digest it, and actually makes it come up instead of out the other way. This is where the nausea comes from. If you eat anything to absorb the mucus, (crackers, bread, anything with starches) it will help relieve the nausea. I would recommend taking a decongestant or expectorant, such as Mucinex. It is a really nasty tasting pill, but it really helps!!!
natrual congestion, there are sinuses behind your eyes/ it causes eye pain and headaches.
just use a nasal decongestent PE

Sounds like your catching a bad cold. Maybe the flu. Just get some rest. Youll be okay dont worry lol
Take some kinda cold and cough medicine and lay down for a while
