Should I use it or lose it?!


Question: Hello Fellow Answerers,
Well, I am in my early teen years and I'm 5'7 to 5'8 and 113 lbs. of goodness!! haha...Some gurls at school think that I'm quote: "skinny as a toothpick", but then again, my mom EXPECTS me to lose my "chubbiness" around the age of 15-16 like my cousins and my brother.....My mom's side is full of really tall, thin Thai/Isan people and just really thin Japanese people, and my dad's side is full of super tall, thin, stick-figure people as well....sometimes I feel the pressure around my mom's family, and my friends who are my height and 97-105 lbs........should i start working on losing around 5-10 lbs. now and build my body some more or wait and hope it naturally occurs around the age of 15-16 like what happened to my bro... btw, he use to be chubbier than me, but now he's a toothpick but it cud be because he's a guy....and I'm getting my pre-marrial in asia arranged this summer, so I wanna look my best!! any advice/suggestions? what do you think? thx answerers!!

I kno many customs get married very early in life but- 13? wow! anyway, I would not do anything like diet or count calories- exspecially now, ur still maturing & ur body is going thro some fast changes. Everything u do in ur early yrs. will show & b apparent in ur older more viable yrs.. In other words- the more u eat properly & take care of ur body- the better u'll feel & the more ur body-mind, heart, & soul will luv u 4 it. Ur body developes based on how well u take care of it and love it. Also, ur r extremely young- & ur size attributes 2 ur wieght as well, u say ur almost 6' tall- well hello- I would certainly say ur already a tooth pick- walking bones with skin stretched over it.
This kind of thinking from ur family really upsets me & also endangers ur life if u don't wiegh what u do now. U could actually stand 2 gain a few plbs.. Models don't even wiegh less than 100 at 6' - 6'2" tall, they normally wiegh in at at least 110 -120 depending on their body structure ( breast, hips, & bones).
Tall very thin frail woman have a higher rate of heart failure, osteoporosis ( bone loss 2 where they break very easy ), miscarriages, menopausal ( no periods ), loss of vision, teeth loss- just 2 name a few. Plz take care of ur body, u only get 1.
Love ur self - as by looking at ur avatar, ur most likely a beautiful girl- keep it that way & don't evr let any1 tell u how 2 treat ur body. - unless it's ur doctor.

lose it

well your mother needs to get some mental help tell her to call for some help she a sick women,,

exercise!! start small and work your way to longer lengths. don't work out your arms a lot unless you want to look toned. CONTROL your exercise and diet. try to calculate how much calories you eat and loose and don't starve yourself because if you start eating well abruptly and even slowly, you'll gain the weight back faster. Your weight is on the skinny side of average; you should be proud. :D

If you don't, they who gives a sh** what your mom thinks??? It's your body not hers!

Simple answer: Don't worry about it, just eat healthy! Exercise properly and let your genetics take over...

Your too young to worry about this...live and be happy!
