Personally, I prefer not to smoke indoors rather than outside,even in this cold weather!
If they are in their house, then that's up to them. If in someone else's, very inconsiderate.

These are the most laid back people on the planet and I know because although I don't smoke myself As a house decorator I work in differ ant houses all the time. It's the non smokers that are the ones who seem to live on there nerves and are bad company
I'm a smoker the only place i smoke is in the back graden or front, i have kids so i wounld`nt put them to harm, all mothers and fathers should be the same, so Dont smoke in the house.

If you are smoking in your own home then no problem, likewise if you are in someone elses home and they dont mind. Most people should have good enough manners to not smoke in someones home if they dont like it. There are very few places where you can smoke now thanks to the ridiculous smoking ban in pubs and clubs. If the non smokers want fresher air they should be the ones outside in the cold, British pub culture is slowly being killed off.
Here in Spain it is allowed to smoke in some cafeterias, there are non-smoking cafeterias but most of them are smoking ones.
Most times you cannot choose and you are forced to breathe the smoke from the man beside you, in this situation you cannot complain because the cafeteria (most of them) is for smoking people and they have the right to smoke and produce all the smoke they want, even if they disturb you terribly.
From my point of view this is terribly unfair for a non-smoking person like me, according to the law it is supposed that I have the right to choose a non-smoking cafeteria but I don't have that right in real life.
About the same as I think of those that smoke outdoors, after all either way it is slow suicide.
i feel like vommiting .. im really sensitive to that smell.. when my dad smoke outside he still comes in smelling like it so i just keep my distance nobody likes a stinky house
I quit nearly 6 months ago, I didn't realise how much it stunk.

I couldn't give a toss, but nobody is allowed to smoke in MY house (we're all non-smokers), and visitors have to stand outside if they "have" to smoke
