Why would someone be unusually hot with no fever?!

Question: Wind chill is around -1 F and I can stand more then a tanktop on. I am not sweating but I feel like I am on fire.

I'd guess menopause or maybe a sugar problem. But just a guess I'm by far a doctor! Maybe you have your furnace up to high?

ive been like that before too. you prob. dont have a fever yet, but you might be getting close to getting one. or it might be the change in weather. try taking a hot shower. it helps

i get that way when i have been infron of the computer for a long time. If you are infront of the computer alot try backing away and closing your eyes. Also I agree with most of you, your sugar levels could be messed up and on top of that seeing a doctor would be the best answer...even if he cant figure it out he could possibly send u to someone who could help u better.
