Question: yesterday and all today my whole arms muscles are sore it feels like a i pulled a muscle in my upper arm and my arm feels heavy..the cat doesnt have shots but is 100% inside...do u think i just pulled a muscle in my arm or does this have something to do with the cat biteing or scratching me?

This could very much have something to do with the bit.
Go get it checked out by your doctor.
Be lucky it is not a human bit, these are real nasty!!
Scratching very much. A cat digs to go poddy, this can get into there nails. Then a cat scratches you puts there poo into your arm. Nasty.
If the cat does not have rabies and is acting normal, i would say you just pulled a muscle. If you having problems with water or suffering from lockjaw then you need anti-rabies.
