Has there ever been a study?!

Question: that shows that multi-vitamins actually work?. I still take one but never saw a study that proves they actually have any benefit.

Yes there are many studies. The ones I am aware of are done by Harvard School of Public Health (a fairly reliable source - unbais).

You can check it out yourself, good for potentially reducing risk of cancer, eye strength, skin elasticity, etc.

Look into the supplement VEMMA. There is lots of peer reviewed sources of research related to supplements that Vemma suppliers make reference to. My family uses it you can find many sources.
