Well, you just have to give scabs time to heal. You could try some Aloe Vera on the scabs to help, but make sure you are taking your daily nutrients of Vitamin A and E, as those help a lot for skin health. Aside from that, just let them heal and don't pick (which I usually have a problem with not doing) ;-)
(edit): Actually, Neosporin or Bacitracin won't help once a sore scabs up.... those two only help for new wounds to prevent infection, not heal scabs or scars.
Letting them heal is the best thing. If they're big and pulling because it's almost healed but not quite, put neosporin or bacitracin on them and a bandage over them and leave it on overnight. This will soften the scab so it doesn't hurt until it's finally ready to fall off. Try not to pick them off early, this can lead to scarring and it hurts.
there is a medicine that reduces the appearance of scars, but i cant think of the name right now. i think it starts with an 'n' but i am not sure. try looking into that.
