if you haveny had it badly this morning then it will be fine. Go to the chemist on your way or on your lunch and get something to stop diarrhea, and you will be fine.

No. Diarrhea is HIGHLY contagious. Not to mention your body needs time to recover. Give it a couple of days and drink plenty of water.
