When a Vitamin causes Flushing, what does that mean?!

Question: When the blood rushes to the surface of your skin, making it red. It's similar to a blush when you are embarrassed. It can make your cheeks abnormally rosey. It can also make your skin feel warm, or even hot. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but it can be dangerous, so pay attention. You'll know if it is bad or not, so don't be paranoid.

Niacin causes flushing and I have no idea why. but I had to stop taking it because it also made me dizzy and turned my urine brown. My sodium was effected in lab work. My liver was being effected.

Flushing is about turning a bit red/pink on your face or neck. Some vitamins might say this as a precautionary note.
For example, if I drink too much coffee then I will get flushing until it calms down!
