NO it won't unless it has been in the last 4 weeks It shows in Hair unless hair is dyed.
Marijuana can show up in a hair follice up until 6 months after use. However if it truly was ONLY once there may not be any. Drinking water will not help in a hair test - that only gets it out of your blood or urine.
it only takes about 3 weeks for it to be out of your system, so your fine. =]
