What can i do to get rid or bleach black hairs on my arms/legs?!

Im 15 years old and i have alot of really dark black hairs on my arms and my legs i know im a guy but i was wondering if there is anyway to bleach these black hairs to make them a lighter colour preferably white.

Sure, hair dye - make sure you do the skin test they advise on the packet first. You can but hair dye (blonde) at the supermarket or chemist (rug store).
