Is this food poisoning?!
Question: Last night I made a chicken and rice cassorole for my Fiance and brother . They loved it, I loved it. But when I laid down to sleep last night, I got a feeling in my stomache that eventually led to me vomitting. I felt very nasueus and it was hard for me to go back to bed. However, my Fiance and brother said they felt great, and couldnt figure out why I was feeling sick? So my question is, can food poisoning only affect one person from eating the same dish? Or could this be something else?

Not likely that it was food poisoning if you were the only one that got it.That's happened to me before once or twice - I ate and then later got sick and vomited but then was ok. Wierd huh?
