try this one. Or ths DS thingy they have on the tv? Good luck!

Try doing brain training on the Nintendo DS or up your dosage of Amega 3 ! x

ginkgo biloba is an herbal remady that may help. it improves the circulation in the brain and helps with memory.

I have found that doing brain teasers and word finds are a help. They encourage me to concentrate better. What I just learned in Nursing school though I found to be really interesting. There has been some research done on this in people with Alzheimer's and early stage dementia-- Peppermint !
I guess peppermint oil or hard candies can help increase memory to some degree, its still in studies but I find it to be quite interesting.

It comes down to doing exercise for the brain and using some form of herbal essence like CQ10, peppermint, or B vit. A friend does cross word puzzles, it is fun and helps keep sharp.
Spartawo...

I would suggest maximum number of hours of sleep. I mean that. Sleep is essential to how the brain copes with load.

Fish oil and ginkgo biloba are supposed to help.

eat berries, they contain nutrients that are especially good for strengthening the connections between neurons which is how memory works.. berries of any kind will do (as long as they are edible) and also if u create a little story in your head you can remember huge amounts of things, once i remembered in exact order 30 random words that were given to me without rehearsal, i just had to connect them with a story. it really works. you can also use mind maps. this divides the information into "chunks" making it easier for your brain to encode. remember to write on the lines. one way of remembering something is to make sure it stands out in your memory, so if u do something crazy while trying to memorise something, be sure u WILL remember it because of the high levels of a particular hormone u had while remembering, which makes it stand out in your mind. u should always associate things and create a "chain" in your mind. this way there is a continuous connection which cannot be broken easily and you should go over it again and again to make it stronger and it could stay in your memory for years to come :P
