What's wrong with my mom?!
Question: She's really sick... vomitting and diarreha, really hot then cold, but no temp. Her body is sweating and feet are freezing... what could this be?

Sounds like a viral infection. Have her increase her fluids and take Tylenol for fever if her temp goes up. Push fluids! And if her symptoms worsen or do not improve within the next couple of days, see the doctor. Hope she feels better soon!
Sounds like she is coming down with the Flu. Have her go see the doctor to be sure.
i hgad the same thing in 4th grade, it is some weird flu, i cant remember. have you seen a doctor? if not do so...yeah, i had a fever of an average of 104.6 degrees.
hhmm. I would say take her to the doctor/ER whatever works for you. There is a many number of things is could be. Just take her to the doctor/ER. It is better safe than sorry.

please take her to the doctor it can b serious i dont want 2 scare u tho if theres not a fever maybe its a good sine but NO MATTER WHAT TAKE HER TO THE DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. the emeergency room is always open [not for an emergencry juss they have doctors there] u can see if ur doctors not open RIGHT NOW if u want . PLEASE THO DO NOT WAIT LONG [MORE THAN A DAY] PLESE
