wll, wat i usually do is make a movie, in my head, with me in it, of course, as the main character, anything u want can be a reality, getting ur dream job, having a massive party....whatever. and think detail, wat ur wearing, wat u say, and how u say it. it really makes my brain tired!!!! always works!!!

salad and other greens help or else try sleeping with your feet on the pillow
Sleeplessness is a clear indication of disturbed mind.

If you are a muslim, (or even if you are not a muslim), read Quran, and you will feel so much peace of mind after some time and you will feel like sleeping.
drink warm milk or do something for so long it will get you tired
