Flat feet turned to arched feet?!

Question: What actually causes flat feet. Is there some way of rearranging the bones in your feet to put that natural arch there?
I was wondering not because my feet hurt. They feel fine. Its just that a little bit ago i notice that when my feet are fully flattened my ankle settles at an irregular kinda twist.... where its supposed to be facing straigh directly above the heal it turns inward and off from the center of the heal. Seems like my ankle would be more prone to dislocating or breaking the way it sits atm...

Flat feet come from ligamentous laxity that you will never be able to get back naturally. I would recommend you see a Physical Therapist who specialize in the foot or a podiatrist the recommend a proper shoe and/or a semi-rigid orthotic. It is important to address this because down the road, you can do serious damage to you knees and hips.
