Put ice pack on the back of your neck, I have a headache rightnow too but ice wont help mine. Seriously try it!
take two advil , I get those headaches about once a week, if they dont go away, you need to take a nap. That really helps. :)
You may be sensitive to sunlight, smells, or heat. Also dehydration is a common cause. So, drink up!
Sounds like you have a sinus headache, or infection. I would try Tylenol sinus. if that doesn't help, it may be an infection, tis the season!
