What do i do to help not catch a cold again.....?!

Question: Like a month ago my sister got a cold and then she passed it to me and then i passed it to my parents. lol!
Now we have all just got over it, and my sister said she had a sore throat this morning and she feels like shes getting a cold again!!!

What can i do to try and not catch it again?
..She lives at home. I hardly see her though because shes always working, i don't know how i caught it to begin!

Don't be obsessive about it, but washing your hands often will help a real lot in itself. They suggest using soap and water, and scrubbing for about 20 seconds, then rinsing. Apparently, 20 seconds is long enough to kill something like 99.9% of the germs on your hands. Antibacterial soap is not necessary. Ordinary hand soap will work fine. And to prevent dryness, use a good hand lotion after each time you wash your hands.
As one other answerer stated, avoid touching places which are an easy entry way into your body, particularly your nose, and your eyes. Your mouth doesn't really count as an entry way for germs, but the other two are a direct path to your insides, and germs thrive in the environment these parts provide.

Wash your hands A LOT! Don't touch your face at all (eyes, mouth, nose, ears, etc). Get some fresh air into your house!

airborne and lots of real orange juice.

The number one thing is to wash your hands after you've touched something. Stay away from her as much as possible. Make sure she throws away all her tissues. And Merry Christmas to you.

you should use disinfect spray and spray it around because you probably caught it airbone!and make sure you wash your hands and try not to be too close to her
