Question: I've asked this and tryed what they said to do, but it didn't help. Im not feeling well at all. I have a REALLY bad tummy ache for like, 4 hours, im dizzy and im a little cold. I don't have any synotoms of being sick though besides a tummy ache. Help?

Sweetie, get off the computer and do this. I promise it will help you, I do it all the time, and I also get ti all the time. Don't worry. I'm assuming you're at home?
1. make peppermint tea
2. put some dry, preferably unsalted crackers or arrowroot cookies should you get hungry.
3. put these on a stool or table in front of the sofa, along with a bucket, and the phone, in case you get a hone call or need to make one, you won't have to get up.
4. put on your comfiest PJ's with a very loose waistband
5. lay down with your stomach on a pillow or stuffed animal covered with something like a hot water bottle or heating pad. Doing this will encourage you stomach to release whatever is causing pain in the form of a burp, fart, or vomit. Gross as it sounds, it works. cover up with a blanket. If you want, you can put a wet towel on your forehead. Watch some TV, read a book or magazine, you'll probably fall asleep, when you wake up, you will feel better.

I use this remedy all the time. quietly sipping tea, instead of typing away, worrying about how many useful answers you will get, is less stressful on the body. You will feel better.
