Help me lose weight..plz..?!


Question: i did this on diet and fitness but no one helped..so i really need to know!


im 14
really short 5'5''
and i weigh 109 pounds i really need to get down to 104 by jan. 1...

if i was to eat 1500 cal. a day and work out a lil more could i do it??

plz help

i just need a yes or no answer cuz im not going to try it if i wont work...ill just cut out mor calories then..so plz HELP !!!!

just do like me >> im not on a diet and i'v never been >> but i work out at least 5 hours a day / 3 days a week ,, some how i managed to consider workin out as a hobby

but dont start workin out by ur self

1. 5,5 is not really short. It's perfectly normal.
2. If you wanted to lose the weight, (although I don't know why you would, because you sound like you're already thin) then I recommend less snacks, and smaller portions.
