I keep waking up at ridiculously early times in the morning...?!

Question: I'm in eighth grade. Lately, I've been waking up very early in the morning three to four times during the school week for no apparent reason. Through all of seventh grade and up until now, I've had trouble getting up at my usual time of 6-6:15 AM, but now, I get up a few times a week anywhere from 3:30-3:45 AM. I fall back asleep fairly quickly, but I think it's weird that I get up at the same very early time three to four times a week.
Before I'm fully awake, I can tell I've been tossing and turning in my sleep. I'm not going through anything majorly stressful in my life, and I'm not sure what's going on.

Thanks in advance!

Probably because you're not getting enough sleep at night... When you don't get enough sleep, your mind may be restless even though you're sleeping. When your mind is restless, you're not fully asleep and that may cause you to wake up even when you don't want to. Sleep a little earlier than usual, get some more sleep. :] Good Luck.

ANY Sugar / caffeine in the evening
Sleep Apnia
If not get up and start your day (have a nap in the afternoon)

This may seem like a stupid answer but give it an honest try -- sleep with a stuffed toy.

go to bed later.......if you go to bed at 8:00 now and you are getting up at 3:00 then you need to go to bed at 9:00 or maybe even 10:00. (you should ask your parents first b/c they might wonder why the light to your bedroom stays on so long.)

I do not know if this will help with your problem, but I have read several times before that waking up the same time 7 days a week really helps to promote sleep regularity.Apparently, it helps to set your internal clock, and before long you won't even need an alarm clock to wake up. So, no matter what time you go to bed, aviod the urge to 'sleep in' on the weekends. Get up at your usual time every morning. Its worth a try!
