but i also have body aches. can i take it likea hour later ???? or should i just stick to one

Sounds like you have the flu. Body aches go with the flu and sometimes bad cold. Take it as directed. I like to suck on lemons with salt for sounds and it helps a lot. Use strong cough drops like Hall's, get rest and drink fluids and take Tylenol of Advil for the aching. You Can also use throat spray to help with the coughing, it sort of numbs the throat.====
