Back when I was working two full time jobs ,I used to buy caffeine at convenience stores. But PLEASE be careful I had to stop taking them when my heart would race, but I would feel like I was about to pass out. A couple of times I honestly thought I would die! If you must take them don't make a habit out of it.
Also caffeine dehydrates you. If you take the pills drink plenty of water, or at least allot of drinks without caffeine or alcohol.
In small amounts caffeine is OK but it is really easy to go over board. I promise you it is possible to abuse them and it isn't pretty.
