Sounds like the stomach flu. Try nibbling on saltine crackers and maybe some ginger ale (just sips of it) later if you feel better add some soft foods like jello, fat free broth or bullion. Don't eat pop tarts or cookies, nothing sweet till you feel better. Drink some black tea (no cream but you may add a little honey to sweeten it) You must keep drinking fluids so you don't get dehydrated. You can try Gatorade if you like it. Flavored water is an option. You may still have diarrhea but the lack of food will help to clear it up. If you can keep it down take a medication for diarrhea if it is bad. Never eat chicken noodle soup or anything like that because of the fat in it. Fat will make you sicker and vomiting more. get well soon

to the doctor with you - emerg if necessary

stomach flu, my kids just got over it. try ginger ale and light broths. try to stay on a clear liquid diet. even if you throw this up and/or diarrhea you still retain enough fluids to keep from dehydrating. after the vomiting subsides you can add jello, banana, and some cheese w/ crackers. do this for a couple of days until well tolerated, then you should be able to get back to your normal diet, just avoid too many greasy foods and spicey food for a little while. good luck.
