How do I stop from being moist all the time?!

Question: I know this may sound a bit gross, but I have this problem. Since I've hit puberty I've always had a little moisture down there. I don't know how to make it go away, but it's really uncomfortable. I've even tried powders, but they make me feel uncomfortable too. The only thing I do is put a little toilet paper down there to make me feel more at ease. I drink water all the time and eat relatively healthy. Any suggestions on how to make this stop?

A little moisture down there is normal. It's called discharge. The vagina is a natural cleaning object. Putting powders and franagrances down there is not recommended because it could cause irriation. The best advice I could give you is wear cotton crouch panties and you could possibly try using pantyliners to soak up some of the moisture.
If you're still concerned try talking to your physcican s/he could have some suggestions for you.

Goodluck

it is supposed to be like that

Well Im only 14 I Wouldn't Know Much And If It Is Blood Maybe It Is Just Your Period...Wait...You Have To Be Older Well Sorry I Don't Know

P.S Don't Be Embarresed It Is Natural!

You may have a leaking bladder. Go see yourDr. about it.

You might want to ask a doctor if you think its bothersome, in the meantime try some pantiliners, they will work a lot better then just some toilet paper.
