Lost control of my car earlier and can't calm down?!

Question: I was driving in the snow this morning and on the on ramp I lost control of my car and wound up spinning about 5 times and ended up in a snowbank facing the wrong direction. I'm very sore and have very bad anxiety and even after my anti anxiety medication I can't calm down...

Try taking a warm bath and reading a book to get your mind into something else. I hit a telephone pole going about 50 one time. It took me a couple of days to settle down. Then it took me months before I stopped cringing everytime I drove past a telephone pole.

probably still in shock

Lesson learned. Slow down! Why is everybody so much in a hurry now days? If you got to be somewhere by a certain time, leave out early damn it! Just take a deep breath and relax, it's done with. Your home now, and tomorrow is another day. It seams as if when it gets bad out side people want to speed up instead of slowing down. On nice sunny days, people just take their time, but when it snows, hell put the peddle to the mettle and let it rip! I"M NOT AFRAID OF SNOW!
