I had the same problem as you when i was at uni and ended up with sleep deprivation so i heard voices and practically went a bit mad before physically collapsing so you must tell your family and tutors what is happening to you or you will make yourself very ill.
soon - get some rest or you will make yourself sick.
You really should not sacrifice your sleep for college work. You should find other time within your day to do it.
