The sinus problem that caused the ear infection (or at least enough pressure to make your ear hurt) is likely making you dizzy. The cochlea, shaped like a snail, is a part of your ear lined with little hairs and filled with fluid. The movement of the fluid as you walk, sit, ride in a car, etc and the information your eyes send to your brain, give you the sensation that you are moving and helps you keep your balance. When the cochlea is disturbed by pressure or even by a virus, it makes your body think you are in one position while your eyes give different information to your brain. That mixed signal makes you dizzy and nauseated.

Those are my first symptoms when I get one. Can't hardly stand up. Need to go to the doc and get an antibiotic.

yes. You need some ear drops from a doc and probably an antibiotic. Please go to the docs. It won't get better until you do, especially if you have the one I did once. It was murder.

Get well soon.

That happened to me once. Go to your doctor and he'll give you a prescription

not to scare you but his sometimes mean your brain has been damaged recently.

any falls or hits lately?

Yep! you may have little sinus infection there, so get to the doctor and have it checked out!

ear infection can give u dizziness and many weird symptoms.
you need to go have word with your doc.

Da*n. That's messed up. I haven't had one like that.

Yes, an ear infection can cause those symptoms. It could also be vertigo, or other issues with your inner ear. There is fluid in your inner ear, and this fluid helps you stabilize and balance. When there is something wrong with your ear, it throws your balance off, which can be akin to getting seasickness. You feel dizzy and nauseous and can even faint. PLease see a doctor, this may not be something that will go away on its own.

Your ears will affect your balance. When they are infected they will cause you to feel dizzy, not beable to keep your balance and they hurt. If you can't get to a doctor for antibiotics, you can relieve some of the pain and pressure by putting some vitamin E oil in your ears or mineral oil. That will help or get some murine wax remover and clean them out to remove anything that may be causeing them to be inflamed. also your teeth being infected can also cause ear infections.

Ear infections (especially ones that attack the inner ear) often cause dizziness and a seasick feeling (afterall, your body's equilibrium is controlled by your inner ear).

If you haven't already been, you should go to a doctor very soon so you can get checked out (and make sure it's nothing more severe). The doctor can give you ear drops (or, if you have fluid behind the eardrum, an injection to help).
