I get nauseated from almost everything, can anyone help?!

Question: I seem to always get nauseated from almost everything.

I eat a good breakfast like school tells me to.
I get about 2-3 hrs of exercise.
Doc says I'm perfectly healthy.

But when I exercise my heart starts pumping rapidly.

When I do 10 push ups I feel like I'm going to vomit.

I can run 10 miles feeling fine, but when it's not even a mile at school/practice I get sick.

If I'm up too early I'm nauseous, when I'm up too late I'm nauseous.

When I go to events (i.e assemblies, presentations, best friend bday party) I get nauseous.

I wake up in the morning feeling sick, I have to eat yogurt only or I will feel like vomiting.

When I think about going to school, I get nauseous.

Pretty much everything gets me nauseous.

Can anyone think what's wrong with me?

When I was younger I was built like a rock.

I think you should see a doctor. But it also sounds like you might be dealing with some anxiety issues. You say when you are running at school you have a difficult time but when you are running alone you can go forever. When you think about going to school you feel sick. Sounds like anxiety or stress. Maybe you should find out if you have an stomach ulcer. They can be caused by stress and once you have them they can make you feel sick and upset your stomach. I have had stomach problems and was told to write things down. When you feel sick to your stomach write down what you have eaten or what you have done or are going to do once the stomach ache comes on. It might help you pinpoint what is triggering your episodes.
I hope you get feeling better.

maybe you should see a doctor about this.

but sometimes people do feel sick very early in the morning...

i get sick in the morning if a don't get enough sleep

Maybe it's stress and nerves. When I was younger I used to have a problem with nausea. I would get up every morning, eat breakfast, and then puke. And no, I wasn't making myself puke or anything like that. I would just get really nauseous. I think my problem was nerves.

It sounds like you may be stressed or nervous. You should try to find something to do that relaxes or de-stresses you. The feeling of being nauseated is your body's way of telling you it is not happy, but if this happenes all the time, then you need to find some way to help your body deal with things it finds unpleasant. Some people may listen to relaxing music, or walk, some find doing a hobby relaxing. You can not avoid everything in life so yu need to learn to enjoy things more.

do not eat too much in the morning. you don't have to feel full to stop. refrain from eating oily stuff too!

as for the nauseous part, since your doctor said that you are perfectly fine, there should be nothing wrong with your health. you can eat some sour stuff like sour plums to get rid of the nauseous feeling whenever you get it(: however, don't eat too much of it too(:
eat healthily and moderately! (:

Best of luck to you! (:
