Try meditating early morning...speak to yourself and console yourself that everything will just pass on without any harm. You'll sail out of the testing time with no dificulty.
Your sheer determination, composure and calmness is the only remedy to your problem. Medicines, doctors wont help here as you are not sick.
Be cool and relax before testing time, and remember failure is not that bad....dont fear it, face it with bravery by better equiping youself next time.

you just worried the same thing happens to one of my Friends

beleive me, tests n' quizs all are not gonna be what your gonna be worried about when life hits you at a later age, ask mommy n' daddy. you yourself can controll yourself mentally, physically so take it slowwwwwwwwww.....

awww first of all get better soon try telling the doctors to send u to a speacialist that happened once 2 a friend of mine

This is anxiety. A lot of people have it (you're not crazy). Maybe you can talk to a school counselor?

A simple relaxation tip... take a deep breath, and let it out over a count of five. Repeat until you feel more calm.
