Are you really depressed? When I get really upset the same thing happens to me, I become so overwhelmed with emotion that I get nauseas.
maybe your just stressed out.. take a bubble bath, it always helps me... I used to get like that whne I got really mad or upset about something.. Just calm down and relax :)

It isn't uncommon to feel nauseous and be upset to the point of tears. Situations play a big part in how you feel emotionally and physically. If there is something that happened and that is the reason you don't feel well, you should talk to someone about it instead of keeping it bottled up inside.
