Maybe you can use extra strength tylenol or a large dose of ibuprofen between doses so you can spread your medications out and make them last longer. Other than calling your doctor on Monday, you have few choices left. You need to work with your doctor on finding other ways to control this problem - narcotic pain medications are not the answer and you cannot live on them so you need to think about getting yourself off of them. People quit narcotic medications cold turkey all the time - it may be a little uncomfortable, a little nausea and some shakes but most people make it through just fine. You may have to go through this if you can't get your appointment moved up or at least a few pills from your doctor to get you through until your appointment. Most ER's will not refill your prescription for narcotics when your condition has already been diagnosed.

go to the hospital emergency room they can give you meds to hold you over till u see your regular doctor

short of hitting the streets to find pain meds (which is not a good idea) you will have to deal with it and talk to your doctor about increasing your dose or changing your medication to one you are not so tolerent of
