Having Difficulties to Swallow Pills?!

Question: Good Day.
I have difficulties to swallow my medicines, particularly pills.
Could anybody help me on the ways for me to overcome my problem? It would be very much appreciated.

Additional Notes:

(1) I've tried breaking the pills in smaller pieces but I didn't like the bitter taste of the pills.

Difficulties in swallowing pills are purely psychological. Think about it - a mouthful of food is much larger than any pill, yet you can swallow that ok, can't you? Same with a gulp of liquid. So I suggest swilling the pill down with a mouthful of water, or stick it in your mouth, just as you are about to swallow a mouthful of food - just don't chew once the pill is in.
I don't know if this will help, but it's worth a shot. Good luck.

See if your medications can be given in liquid form. Many pharmacies can add a flavor so it won't taste that bad.

After awhile of taking medicines you get used to the taste. If that doesn't help, try holding your nose while eating pills. Sometimes you can taste the medication still. If none of this works for you, just take the bitterness. Hope I helped. Best of luck!
