Gargle with salt water
Chicken soup or something else salty.
Some hot tea with lemon to kill bacteria in your throat.
Long bath, steam will open your nasal passages.
Use a vaporizer, open a window or turn off heat in the room to prevent your sinuses from drying out.
Put petroleum jelly on your top lip to prevent it from drying out.
Don't use facial tissues with lotion; it breaks down and make you sneeze more. Pat your nose, don't rub.
Squeeze just over the bridge of your nose, on both sides. Sometimes you'll feel a "pulse" on your right nostril with your thumb pad, pressure on this will releive the pressure in your nose.

Gargle with warm salt water. Get plenty of fluids and rest. I give my son these lollipops with zinc that you can get at your local pharmacy, not very expensive. Honey lemon drops from Halls. Try not to talk too much.

Cough Drop will help both of those problems. Te best ones are Robitussen Honey Lemon Cough Drops. They dont make you smell like a 90 year old man at the nursing home.
Try a Sucrets lozenge, or Cepecol throat spray, and use some 12 hour nasal spray for stuffy nose.
Echinacea, manuka honey, zinc tablets, vitamin C and probotics. However, my boyfriend tells me that *** would work just as well but I think he has a vested interest.
