Why does it burn the inside of my chest everytime I take one of my sinus pills?!

Question: I have a cold. My nose is stuffy making it hard to breathe, so I take a Tylenol Sinus: Congestion & Pain pill about once a day.

Everytime I take one, it burns the inside of my chest, almost like heart burn, but not as severe. It's just really uncomfortable. I keep taking sips of water to "cool" it, but it doesnt really help. After about ten minutes, it goes away.

Should I not be taking this medicine? No other pills affect me like that...

It probably gets somewhat stuck as it goes down, so cut it in half or quarters, and drink it with lukewarm water so it will disinegrate more quickly.
