Can anyone tell me ways on how I can Relieve or take out my anger?!

Write a list of things that happened to you or you did today that you're really happy about. Also, write list of people and things that you're really appreciative of having in your life today. Concentrate on being greateful for them and think how great to have them all and how lucky you are to have a choice to be happy and enjoy all these things in your life every possible moment, instead of waisting your time on anger and pitying yourself.

You can truly realize what a great person you are to have so much blessings that you list on the lists.

ENJOY THEM WHILE YOU CAN! DON'T WAIST YOUR LIFE and PRECIOUS TIME ON CRAP!

Take a walk.

Punch your pillow.
Wear your shoes on opposite feet.
Swear in the mirror.
Scream til you run out of air.

My cousin has a punching bag in his room. When I go over he's usually beating the **** out of it. I think that would be a great way to let out your anger.

Consider a sport of some kind as in boxing, judo or some kind of martial arts. If you're angry while guests or friends are around take a walk so you don't end up injuring the ones around you.

Scream into a pillow. I don't advise hitting anything. I know it sounds good, but it doesn't feel good.
