It really does work, it helps you breathe easier at night time! I use it when i have colds.
It really does help, but just a word of advise, next time try spelling a little better, I could barely make out what you said!
I'm not sure whether you're more concerned about the snoring or the nasal congestion, but the plastic strip might not work if it comes off while you're sleeping if you're the kind who moves around a lot. To reduce congestion, I'd recommend those nasal sprays sold in pharmacies.
