Why do I get hot when I get embarrassed ?!

This is called the flight or fight response. The heat is called flushing. What is happening is that your adrenal glands secrete a hormone called Epinephrine. Hormones are messengers at cause a physiological response. The flight or fight response is ancient and is shared by most animals. It is a self preservation response to allow you to flee or fight for your life. The blood in your body heads for your vital organs. Your brain is very vital. As it flows toward your brain, it gives you the sensation of heat and a redness of tissue.. Embarrassment is a mild threat to your well being. Sweating will follow in an effort to cool the skin. It happens to everybody.

its your nerves when you get nervous cause someone has embarrassed you its your nerves arousing and out of control something like your hormones
blood pressure rises Adrenalin rush
